Ms Iva Borg Frkic

Iva Borg Frkic (iva.frkic@um.edu.mt) works with Project Support of the University of Malta, currently supervising Italia-Malta projects involving the University. She is also in charge of financial and administrative implementation of the MEDIWARN project of the UoM Medical School. Iva has over 10 years of experience in project implementation and holds a PRINCE2 certificate in project management. Her previous work was in national level EU funds management; the last three years of it she worked in a team tasked with setting up the funds management system in Croatia and handling the country's negotiations of EU Cohesion policy.
